WebAlmost seems easier to ask the DM to fabricate elixirs of blindsight, so it doesn't require attuning, but isn't constant, and can be available, or not, via resources, location, whatever, as the story deems. There's no item that gives blindsight, let alone a non-attunement one. You may as well be asking for a non-attunement immortality item.
