That space between the tub and the tile should not have been filled with grout, Grout is not waterproof and water will pool there on the tub. I would remove all the grout and replace it with 100% mold resistant silicone. There are many videos on YouTube on how to caulk a tub. ( and many answers to that question on this site ) –
