WebVarious properties of Inconel 625 weld overlay on carbon steel using the GMAW process are studied. The study reveals that the good overlay is obtained below 5% Fe and with appropriate values of process variables that includes Ampere, Voltage, Travel speed, Shield gas flow rate, arc distance.
