The fee will set you back $8.00 per person per night. Due to the dry high desert climate of the park, campfires are not allowed at the campground.

With over 1,100-feet in elevation gain, you certainly need to be in at least a moderate hiking shape. The rocky trail is aided by steps, but trekking poles are recommended for anyone with weak knees.
